Basic Life Support (BLS)/ Heartsaver is offered through the American Heart Association to district staff in order to become CPR certified and act as a first responder in schools. All classes are taught by Clover School District nurses and teaches both single-rescuer and team basic life support skills for application in a prehospital environment, with a focus on High-Quality CPR and team dynamics. Upon successful completion of the course, participants receive a course completion e-card, valid for two years. 

If CPR is not required for your position, there will be a $5 cash fee to receive your card from the AHA.

All classes will be held at CVA/Blue Eagle Academy- 300 Clinton Avenue, Clover

E-Cards will be issued by our training facility, Mid-Carolina AHEC, and will be emailed to each participant after completion of the course.
