Students will investigate their digital footprint and learn how to make responsible choices online.
SPECIAL EVENTS
South Carolina Junior Book Award (SCJBA)
The SC Junior Book Award program is an annual initiative to encourage middle school students to read quality, contemporary literature. Students across the state read a minimum of three nominated books and vote in February to choose the winner. The winning author is honored at a librarian’s conference and is given a medal.

District Spelling Bee
The Clover School District Spelling Bee takes place Friday, January 16, 2026 at the Blue Eagle Academy. Study lists and more details will be given after our school bee. The following students will represent OMS at the District Spelling Bee:

Writers Club
