Students may read a Fantasy or Science Fiction story, or students may choose a Nonfiction book about a holiday (any holiday in the world).

Battle of the Books
Our Battle of the Books Mock Battle against Clover Middle School will take place virtually this month (Date TBA). Our district battle will take place in March 2026.

  

SPELLING BEES

OMS Spelling Bee
Our School Spelling Bee takes place Tuesday, December 16, 2025. The competition will be live streamed. Study lists have been distributed to class bee winners.

District Spelling Bee
The Clover School District Spelling Bee takes place Friday, January 16, 2026 at the Blue Eagle Academy. Study lists and more details will be given after our school bee.
