Bethel Elementary School

PBIS is a behavior management system that teaches expected behaviors and focuses on the good behaviors that you see. The Matrix consisted of positive behaviors that we wanted to see in all areas of the school. The behaviors also connects to our vision “We Will S.O.A.R” - Make safe choices, Take opportunities to grow, Celebrate our achievements, and Respect ourselves, each other and our community. It is important that staff, students and parents understand the expectations and are held accountable for carrying them out. The Matrix has been posted throughout the building and is referred to when addressing student behavior.
